I am a proud graduate of The University of Iowa. I graduated with a degree in Communication Studies and minors in Mass Communication and Business. Currently located in Saint Petersburg, FL.

 

Shortly after graduating from college, I earned an internship with the Tampa Bay Rays. Upon completion of my internship, I was offered the role of Broadcasting Coordinator, and was later promoted to Multimedia Specialist where I am now in charge of overseeing our video board displays in addition to creating content for both in-game and digital.

My experience and skill on our Xpression system has also led to freelance work with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Between the two sports, I have been able to incorporate the stats API for both leagues to power real-time graphics including batter-to-batter heat maps, home run spray charts, and a shot chart displaying shots on goal using exact coordinates.

 

I am a self-starter and very passionate about my work. I am constantly trying to learn new skills and strengthen the ones I already have. I don't think I've ever said the words, "I can't". Telling me I can't do someting is the fuel I use to get it done.
